As the saying goes we all look like our pets right? I never realized it until I was editing my self portrait images. The saggy mouth lines and wrinkles! At first I thought how cute then realized OH wait its true! LOL Thank goodness for Lightroom and Photoshop!
While I was in the studio doing my hair, makeup and composing my shots. It was going well until Mr. Smithers our Bassett Hound (who we rescued last year) decided to pop in. He really just wanted my attention. He is usually pretty good posing for me in all these ridiculous props and costumes, for treats!
So I thought it would be cute to actually get a cute picture of him and I. As you will see in the pictures below he was not having it. In true Basset form the stubbornness was strong that day! Hmmm another trait and personality we share! LOL
I tried to bribe him w/ treats, sweet talking & kisses but he wasn't having it!

This was the closest I could get! I will get a good picture one day but for now Mr. Smithers can go take his nap in the yellow chair he loves! LOL
His friend Mr. Darcy (my mother in laws dog) was kind enough and a great model too! He amazingly never gives me any trouble very photogenic! If you wish to see their adventures and images you can follow their shenanigan's on Instagram #mrdarcy_mrsmithers.
Thanks so much for visiting RBC Studios!
